• Any marked or damaged items will be replaced as long as customer informs us and returns the item within 7 days of goods being received. Outside of this time items will not be exchangeable.

• If you are not satisfied the goods can be returned with 100% refund.

• Please note when refunds are issued the delivery, postage and handling charges will not be refunded. This amount will be calculated and you will be informed of the cost prior to the refund being issued.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the purchaser.

• Please contact us for an authorisation number before exchanging or returning items.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of the order being placed and if the order has not yet been dispatched. If after 3 days of placing the order, you decide to cancel, please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice total.
